ISO 22000 management system, an accredited laboratory and batch-level control.
A chemical and microbiological laboratory has operated at the plant since 2012 and is accredited to AZS ISO/IEC 17025.
A food safety management system has been in place since 2013. Samples are taken and tested at every stage, from raw materials to finished goods.
Temperature is monitored continuously across every link in the cold chain — from production to the point of sale.
Environmental commitment
Energy efficiency, packaging reduction and waste management.
Upgrading production equipment reduces energy consumption — the lines installed in 2021 are more efficient than the previous generation.
The weight and volume of packaging materials are being reduced step by step, with priority given to recyclable materials.
Route optimisation across the cold chain lowers fuel use and transport emissions.
